About the Founder
Paige Whitmire, MBA, CPC, ELI-MP
During my career that has spanned 20 years successfully leading teams and working across most of the 50 states, I have been fortunate to have interacted with literally hundreds of different personality types. During this time, I learned the ins and outs of supply chain, executive coaching for change and consulting to reduce cost and improve results. While behavior, cultures and their relationship to success have always fascinated me, somewhere around the mid-point of my professional journey I realized the true benefit of exposure to people working across all levels of the organization. More importantly, I learned what it meant to be a strong, positive influence in people’s lives.
I founded Cognitive Change to focus my attention on a genuine passion for developing, inspiring and empowering others. Working with both individuals and organizational teams, our programs concentrate on core principles of leadership and change to shift behaviors from within, resulting in limitless potential.
Past consulting projects include operations development and management; strategy and innovative business model creation in the areas of supply chain and the rapidly evolving healthcare industry. Extensive experience working with healthcare executives in prestigious organizations including the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio Health, Baylor Scott & White, Sentara Healthcare, Novant Health and others. Additionally, I’ve been a featured speaker at national conferences including C-suite executives, boards, physicians and surgeons.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how our expertise can benefit your organizational leaders.
“Success is not just what you accomplish in your life, but what you inspire others to do.”

Shares the iPEC Difference
Energy Leadership Master Practitioner
The iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) philosophy is based on the Core Energy Coaching Process. This process brings out the potential in a client through emotionally connecting the client’s inner purpose and passion to outer goals and strategies to bring about extraordinary and sustainable results.
The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) is an empowerment tool that is used to measure leadership ability in terms of motivating self and inspiring others. The assessment provides clients with a baseline of current state, self-awareness and a roadmap for dramatically improving leadership, personal and professional outlook and skill through modification in attitude, perceptions and behavior.
"I've witnessed Paige coach high school inner-city girls to think deeply about their lives, actions and their goals. She then helps them build a plan that aligns who they aspire to be in a way that is sure to instill meaningful and positive change. Paige's gift for coaching allows her to build confidence, inspire leadership and motivate positive action in women and girls. I highly recommended her to any person or company that is looking to help women reach their full potential. She is an excellent coach! "

What Are Clients Saying About Cognitive Change?
I have worked with Ms. Whitmire as both a full-time colleague and consultant over a number of years. In that time she has proven to be an integral part of advancing organizational objectives; serving in both tactical operations and strategic planning roles and excelling in both. In the latter capacity she demonstrated exceptional ability to guide executives through strategic planning exercises culminating in new directions for various business ventures.
Paige has also served as coach and mentor to rising talent in our organization. She has designed and facilitated new team member onboarding programs and conducted individual training and coaching for new organizational leaders. Paige has a disarming way of getting to know people, understanding their strengths and areas of opportunities and bringing out the best in those she works with.

" 'Role model’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Paige Whitmire. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Paige for roughly two years, during which I worked collaboratively with her on various projects. Above all, I was impressed with Paige’s ability to see a situation from all angles with steps needed to accomplish, her ability to command the attention and admiration from those she worked with across all disciplines, and, of course, her poise and confidence. Paige is a team member, a leader, my mentor, and a true asset."
