About the Founder
Paige Whitmire, MBA, CPC, ELI-MP
During my career that has spanned 20 years successfully leading teams and working across most of the 50 states, I have been fortunate to have interacted with literally hundreds of different personality types. During this time, I learned the ins and outs of supply chain, executive coaching for change and consulting to reduce cost and improve results. While behavior, cultures and their relationship to success have always fascinated me, somewhere around the mid-point of my professional journey I realized the true benefit of exposure to people working across all levels of the organization. More importantly, I learned what it meant to be a strong, positive influence in people’s lives.
I founded Cognitive Change to focus my attention on a genuine passion for developing, inspiring and empowering others. Working with both individuals and organizational teams, our programs concentrate on core principles of leadership and change to shift behaviors from within, resulting in limitless potential.
Past consulting projects include operations development and management; strategy and innovative business model creation in the areas of supply chain and the rapidly evolving healthcare industry. Extensive experience working with healthcare executives in prestigious organizations including the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio Health, Baylor Scott & White, Sentara Healthcare, Novant Health and others. Additionally, I’ve been a featured speaker at national conferences including C-suite executives, boards, physicians and surgeons.

The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) is an empowerment tool that is used to measure leadership ability in terms of motivating self and inspiring others.
